Meylan's Cowgirls Beat Stanford Twice

Winner
Oklahoma State
UPSET · CALLED IT

Chalk in Stillwater. Oklahoma State swept 3-0: 16-0 over Eastern Illinois, 7-2 over Stanford, 11-5 over Stanford in the title. Meylan got the championship win. Prystajko gave the Cowgirls a fight in Game 2 but the bullpen behind her cracked late. Hasler drove in 6 across the regional and OK State outscored the field 34-7.

X-Factor

Hasler's bat in the title game. A 2-run double in the 4th broke a 4-4 tie and OK State pulled away to 11-5. The Stanford ceiling was real; the OK State depth was deeper.
